1. For Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please follow the steps below:

Unboxing Video Required: Record a clear unboxing video while opening the package (before using or trying the product). Should report with in 2 days of delivery

We will issue a full refund within 2–3 working days after verifying the issue.

Or, if preferred, we will dispatch a replacement item within the next working day, subject to availability.

2. For Other Return Reasons (e.g., change of mind, not liked)
If you'd like to return an item for personal reasons, should report with in 2 days of delivery, please note the following:

Return Shipping: You must ship the product back to our address at your own expense.

Condition Requirement: The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with original packaging.

Refund & Deductions:

Once received and verified, we will process your refund.

A minimum deduction of ₹175 will apply for the original packing, shipping costs and other combined processing charges.
- If more than one item is return each item will be deducted with Rs 75

This deduction may vary depending on the weight and size of the returned shipment.
